Our Pastries
We source our baked goods from DFW bakeries - most of our baked goods come from Stir Crazy in Fort Worth.
Please note that our baked goods are rotating, sometimes sold out, or no longer available.

Our Beans
We only use freshly roasted beans from a local roaster. We have partnered with Novel Coffee Roasters from North Dallas, who focuses on single origin roasts and excellent consistency.
The beans that are in all of the espresso drinks (Lattes, Cappuccinos, Americanos...) are called Gingerbread City Espresso, named after Waxahachie's very own nickname, "Gingerbread City".

Our newest location is coming
soon to Red Oak, TX.
This location features a bakery
that will be supplying baked goods
to all of our TRCC locations.
We are expecting to open in June 2024.
THREE LOCATIONS
The first location has a Drive-Thru and lobby,
located in Waxahachie, TX.
Our second location is in Joshua, TX.
